When fully completed, this seven-story upscale student housing and retail complex will provide 172 residences with housing for 669 students at the University of Maryland, College Park plus 9,500 square feet of retail space, 7,000 square feet of student amenities, over 350 parking spaces, and a 10,000 square foot green roof.

Designed by architects Hord Coplan Macht, Inc. of Baltimore, Maryland, this LEED® certified and pedestrian friendly student housing complex further advances the long term goals of Prince George’s County and the College Park community to revitalize the Route 1 corridor by replacing older, deteriorating buildings with vibrant, energy efficient, modern facilities.
