With over 43,000 square feet of space, the gym offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment and services, as well as indoor sports courts, heated lap pools, tanning facilities, saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools. The work included substantial structural modifications and a turn-key project.

Herman/Stewart was the general contractor for both the landlord’s white box work and 24 Hour Fitness’ interior build-out.
